Clan Rules Section 1: Behavior 1. Members must act maturely and with class. 2. Members must display knowledge about the game. 3. Members must display willingness to improve oneself 4. Members must display a desire to improve the Clan. 5. Members must not resort to offensive brawls with other members or other players; remain civil. Section 2: Recruiting/Joining 1. All members must wear their tag while playing. For StarCraft, the tag is the prefix Spam-. For Diablo, a member must include Spam either in their account name or character name for every character. 2. Tags are MANDITORY during Clan or Clan-sponsored events. 3. When a player has been removed from the Clan, a membership application may not be accepted until one month later. The only exception to this is a pardon from a Major General or by a 9/11 SVS vote. 4. When a player has been banned from the Clan, a membership application may not be accepted at all. The only exception to this is a pardon from both Major Generals or by a unanimous SVS vote. 5. For a membership application to be accepted, a player must act maturely and with class. 6. For a membership application to be accepted, a player must display knowledge about the game, a willingness to improve oneself, and a desire to improve the Clan. Section 3: Ranks 1. Ranks work sequentially, each higher tier comes with more benefits and responsibilities. 2. Officers has authority over Enlisted Members, within reason; 3. Generals have authority over Officers, Enlisted Members, and Training Campees within reason. 4. The Sergeant Major has authority over Training Campees, within reason. Section 4: Promotions 1. General: 3. Colonel: 4. Major: 5. Captain: 6. Sergeant Major: 7. Master Sergeant: 9. Staff Sergeant: 10. Sergeant: 11. Corporal: 12. Private First Class: Once a member has been in the Clan and active for one week, that member becomes a Private First Class. 13. Private: Newly accepted members are given the rank of Private. Section 5: Voting 1. Voting is Case Sensitive: Subjects of voting can range from character builds to Dueling to Players, Each topic that is being voted on will contain its own set of rules. *Rules can be edit at any time by Overlord Section 6: Administrative Rights 1. The General has the ability to execute supreme law over the Clan. 2. The General reserves the right to change, alter, or modify the Official Rules, the rank structure, the roster, or the Clan's diplomatic status at any time without warning if it is in the best interest of the Clan. 3. The General reserves the right to overturn an official vote if the vote is against the best interest of the Clan. Section 7: Forum Rules 1. No bumping old topics. 2. No repetitive, unconstructive, off-topic, or otherwise useless posts. Spam is a food, not an annoying thing to do at a forum. 3. No flaming or harassing Clan Spam Members or Admins. 4. No flaming or harassing anyone. 5. You must have a valid e-mail address. 6. Images in signatures must be no larger than 400x150 and must be under 200kb. 7. Avatars must be no larger than 90x90 and must be under 75kb. 8. Posing as someone else, especially a Clan member or ally, will result in an instant ban. Section 8: Diablo II In-Game Behavior 1. Good Manners are Necessary - Promote the clan with integrity. 2. When Dueling Abide by the rules in the dueling section. - you will come across bad Mannered people, do not stoop to their level. 3. Never Insult a Clan member or the Clan itself in game via public chat (personal messages are fine. as long as their friendly jabs) 4. Never make an accusation of others hacking unless you have solid proof. 5. If you lose in a duel (but don't lose:D), compliment them. *do on to others as you would like done to you Section 9: Diablo II Hacking, Cheating, and Botting 1. Botting for the clan is accepted - Botting for personal reasons are unacceptable. 2. Cheating by using any third party programs, and or mods are unacceptable. (this includes but is not limited to farcast, Gmod, and Radix). - Do not use d2Loader 3. If you are caught hacking, or using any third party program you will be demoted, and will have to work your way back up through the system. 4. Channel bots are accepted, as long as the proper leaders approve them. Section 10: Discpline 1. The General may remove a player from the Clan, this includes everyone and is not limited to Clan members. This player may not join/rejoin the clan or participate in Clan events for one month. The only exception is in the case of a pardon from the General. 2. The General may ban a player from the Clan, this includes everyone and is not limited to Clan members.
