Thank you Sally, Steve and Jen. I have a link that tells you how to do the bleach technique, I just folded kitchen roll in to a small pad placed it on to a flat surface/plate and added a small amount of bleach not too much just enough to wet the pad then just stamped on to the pad and then on to the card, it works well with dark card but different coloured card give different results you just have to experiment.
