I made this Knot shrug from the happy hooker book, I thought I would go for the medium size, who would have thought that it would be abit big on me! well hoorray for generous sizes in crochet patterns as its turned out better than I thought!! its more of a cardigan than a shug.... I used two strands of 4ply held togther, the patten was very easy to follow and it worked up in two days! ( well, I had to do something whislt at home with a poorly nephew!) here is my Knot so ugly shurg from the stitch and b**ch happy hooker book! ![]() and here is me wearing it...ok so Im not smiling but hey! my eyes are open for the first time in a photo for ages!!! ![]() I am currently working on one for my eldest sister....I have seen these in Marks and spencers and they use a large kilt pin with beads dangling from it to close, rather pretty me thinks so I have ordered a couple of silver pins from ebay to make one to go with!! |
