The site itself is very easy to navigate (Imanaged it myself) and I was very impressed with the prices of the punches to start with. I even e-mailed them to check they were current. I have since placed an order for ten items value just over Ł25. The ordering process was painless and even cater for people like me who do not have credit/debit cards,they will reserve your order for 14 days whilst you get the cheque/postal order off to them. I'm not easily impressed but the people on the other end of the line are friendly and they were prompt in answering my e-mails. regards
