I just added two new cards to my gallery. These are the next size up card. Not sure what you all call them A5 A6??? They are the ones that are half the size of a letter sheet. I liked working with the larger size. Maybe because I can see them better. Old eyes :r :r Hope you like them.

Mardar,
You did!!!! You've sized up!!!
Great work. I love your style.
I must try making those sharp marks sometime because I find them very hard to do.
I also love the titles you gave them. That's another problem of me.
Never know how to call it :groan

There is a lovely fluidity to your work! I really like thse two...the blue one being my fave! Reminds me of an old, gnarled tree. I like the way your style is developing....and if this is only the start, then I see great things for you in the future! Maria x

Thank you everyone. I was trying out different shapes with the micro-tip and the roots appeared. I loaded my card with color then took the dry micro tip and drug it slowly across the color. as I drug it I tipped it slowly to make the "roots" smaller. I again tried it with the blue wax, first putting down some roots and then laid the iron down and lifted up then continued to add roots or branches to look like they were on the outside of the iron marks. It gave it a 3D effect. I am still just feeling my way around all of this and experimenting with shapes and color. I do like the larger cards as it gives me a larger field to play with. I am finding I have a lot to learn yet. :ta: :ta:
