Twinthing.........Your waterfall actually lands and splashes!!!!!!! Great. It doesn't just fall/flow off the paper. Sorry personal quibble. I love that one. Better go back and look at the others.

I still like Starlight sky and dawn spiders, but tonight the Guardian was speaking to me. We just dedicated a refurbished lounge at church which will be used for smaller groups and we had the evening service there tonight. It was very moving, but the walls are so bare apart from a cross, it needs something like your picture, as our minister was saying God is here in this room tonight and I could feel that with your picture. It is one I'll come back to when I need the feeling of calm it gave me.
Sorry for going on. but it really moved me. :wave: :congrats:

Beautiful gallery Twinthing. I like the waterfall with realistic splashing and also the beautiful fir tree, it's gorgeous!
The story of your friend touched me deeply. I feel so sorry for the family of your friend leaving her husband and 2 children, 26 is no age to die, her life had really only just begun. She was the same age as my daughter, it really brought it home to me how precious life really is.
God bless all her family and friends.

Like Poppy your story about your young friend who died deeply touched me. We really should count our blessings, enjoy everyday and try to make a difference.

Big compliments on your waterfalls! :congrats:
Have never been good at them and been trying to avoid them. Sometimes they just appear, like in this one, where the little boat is in great danger to go over the edge....

BTW: I saw your hubbie's comment with Gudruns bland sea scape: Brillant!! :r
Good for him to stand up for his loved one! :nw: :nw:

All the best, you're doing soooo great! :thumbup;

:) heyyour pics are beautiful and I agree the waterfalls are awesome...I've not succeeded in that subject. Sorry about your friend and hope her family is as 'okay' as they can be. My brother lived through the Vietnam war..came home got married and died 6 months later on a motorcycle. He was just shy of 21 and we were 364 days apart. I was one day older. We are never promised tomorrow... :huggy: Verlie
