I made a 16 kite circley thing...look good, although could be amore accurately done. Sadly the card making paper J found in Partners is just slightly too small for the tiles I had :groan

I also need to try to book some coputer time at home to scan it in to post! :angry:

What size tea bag tiles did you use??? I'm only asking because usually I find A4 paper big enough? :r :r :r :r

You'll have to post a picture of it so we can see this massive tea bag tiles "circley thing"

Must admit, I was surprised at the size issue too, Kim :D Dying to see what you've created :thumbup; One tip, ask for some teaching to get the best results with the scanner, then make sure your trial is your tea bag creation :r It's a good way of inflating others' egos and getting sneaky access to the computer ;) :D

You devious people!

The card making card was A5, so once folded in half the card itself was postcard sized. The tiles must have been probably 1.5 inches?

Don't feel bad, the first tiles I printed out on one per full letter sheet at a time. Made a lovely HUGE platter doily. It was very easy to fold though. :r

It was a lovely platter doily Virginia :r , it would make a fantastic table centre :thumbup; :thumbup;
Looking forward to seeing your teabag folding gymbob when you get it scanned. I never realised how crafty Steve could be :r a really cunning plan :r Poor Jenny she must have to be really cunning to get a turn on the computer! :r

:rolleyes: I remember that one too. It was so neat Virginia. I am waiting for a picture too. We have all made our "Oh my gosh" folds. I love doing this and am still trying to figure out printing so I can get multiple images on the paper. I used to do it all of the time on the old scanner/Printer that was two separate machines. Now all of a sudden I can't remember how to do it on this new combo printer. I shall prevail!! <_< Keep on folding. It will all turn out great no matter the size.

Well, yesterday I was off sick for the afternoon so I had the PC to myself...but couldn't find the scanner software on the new PC. This really does get frustrating! :blink:

Kim, if you've got a graphics program installed, most of those have a facility for using a scanner to import/acquire from a scanner ;)

Sometimes I can scan a card and it looks fine and other times it only scans part of the card and misses out the background or completely changes the colour! :groan
Grrrr! Technology!

So much so I bought a book by Tiny van der Plas, but it was absolutely useless, so it's gone back to Amazon :angry:
