hey Jinny, what is your wizzard standing on? maybe a bridge?

if you joined it to the other side of the painting it may stop your little guy from looking like he is floating.

great card, you are really in the whole mystical groove at the mo!

Hi Jinny,

I love the way you've brought the detailling out of the picture and over the mount..
Gives it a really cool 3D effect.

The wizard reminds me of the little guys in 'Michael Bentines Potty Time' (remember that! - just to prove I wasn't hallucinating :lol:)

I agree, the structure he's standing on might work a bit better if it was more substantial, but I think it looks fab the way it is as well.

:thumbup; :thumbup;

If the branch came out of a tree rather than the rock, but it is rather nice just sticking out on one side, and the silver sparkly bits are magic! Well done. :thumbup;

Good Call Jinny,

That looks much better. While I kinda liked the 'littlest wizard' thing you had going on originally, the later one is a brilliant rescue. The proportions are great, and I've had to go back and look about 10 times to see how you've changed it. Very nice work indeed.

It's like a younger version of Gandalf. (I'm guessing he's younger.. and a bit more Robbie Williams like :P) :r

You're just getting better and better, aren't you? - I doubt I'll ever catch up now. :unsure:

It's a nice idea and the wizard is sweet, but I think he would look better if he was standing on something that was obviously attached to something else....an outcrop of rock from a cliff-edge, or a huge branch from a tree. As it is, he does float a bit, or looks like he is on a diving board. I'm sure though, with a bit of work you could put a few extras in and turn this round. But, having said all that, I quite like him. He's quirky!

Just keep working at the idea and it'll all come right!

They're both magical - it was like doing a quiz - trying to spot the difference.
Hope it does well on ebay - will look out for it.
