Played around whilst tea was cooking -- the result is below
Both of this were "made" using just a hotplate I have acquired.

+ burnt sausages :groan

Hmmm, well,, takes more than a little 'burntness' to put growing boys off their food :)

Going through one of those ,, eat me out of house and home stages ....
Will probably find them chewing the furniture one day

I like number two as well. Congrats on the hotplate.
Well, that's two families with 'well done dinners' tonight. Steve's had a rather crunchy cheese + potato pie tonight. The sealing wax would not go quite right, I had to keep trying, didn't I ? Then I forgot the pie was in the oven!!!

You can always tell when dinner's ready in our house from the smoke alarm going off.

I like the light in the first one, but both are good. What size are they by the way?

i learnt my lesson along time ago, never try to do anything crafty whilst cooking the tea! :r many a pan boiled dry, chops set the smoke alarm off, and the dinner got burnt!

having said that, well done on the paintings! oh and well done on getting your burnt offerings eaten! :r
