Just in case you are having problems with resizing pictures, I've installed some code that is rather clever
It will automatically resize pictures uploaded to something that should suit all browsers and screen resolutions Basically, the picture is still the same size but the system will look for anything where the width or height is greater than 500 pixels. If it finds anything, it will scale it down to that maximum as a thumbnail. You can tell when that's happened as your cursor will change (usually to a pointing hand) whhen it's over the picture. If you click on it then, the full size picture will come up in a pop-up window that you can resize to suit you
This is to help us all to view pictures. It's still in your own best interests to make the picture a maximum dimension of between 500 and 700 pixels and 72 dpi as you'll get more in your album ![]() Steve

The code we were using for fake-resizing pics was a bit of an odd one if you clicked on the pic - often bringing up a smaller pic than the original As a consequence, we now have a new code which will make pics a maximum 500 pixels wide and 500 pixels high, so nobody should have problems seeing them It also acts quicker so that it's less jerky and doesn't do so many unexpected things
