This scene came from a book of Broadland scenes and says it's Oulton Broad, however, I don't recognise this as Oulton Broad myself... and the same book named a picture of Princes St titled St Peters St which I KNOW is incorrect - if anyone recognises this as somewhere else in the Broads please let me know!!! That said, this is an A5, on a black A4 mount (not scanned) and was painted using iron, stylus (with drawing tip) and cotton bud (have grown to love those as a waxing tool!!! )

Oooohh Beautiful piece.... Light works well with reflections.... As far as the broads are concerned,, I dont recognize it either. |

I love the light and dark contrasts and of course the reflections. Agree with Maria above they just get better. Lovely piece.... John |

Hi everyone, thanks very much. I must admit, out of all of them, this is my favorite. I love the effects of sunsets, and they're so much easier to do
Hopefully i'll find some more i can try
