Hi Jen - sorry have I been living in a parellel universe - just saw you weren't well - arm, leg and crater (how painful must that be   ) but didn't know you'd hurt yourself....went back and saw Jenny's offline and your PC had a bug.

So was it catching or something - deadly screenvirus damages wax lady's crater -
or was it injuries you sustained while kicking poor aforementioned machine??

Whichever - hope you and PC are feeling much better now and glad to have you back....

Love x

oh Jen - what a thing - it sure knocks your confidence when that happens - have you thought about a 'halti collar' no idea what I'm talking about but Elaine (Elaine 2)(my sis) dog used to pull her about - and she got one of these things (not a choker collar  ) and it just gently keeps them under control - I'll ask her about it for you.

Oh yes, I've been fine - and here quite a lot. I guess I'm such a quiet, retiring sort of person, you may not have noticed.....   :r :r :r :thumbup; ;)

Take care luv x

   HOW MANY

Trojans can be very nasty, they are the ones that can basically work behind the scenes on your computer and can steal your personal info so always use an anti virus program.

There is an excellent one called AVG you can get it from Free AVG

It has automatic updates and scanning (if you set it in the preferences **IMPORTANT TO DO**) and will also scan all of your email.

I have used it for years and it has performed perfectly for me.

NOTE: It is worth taking the time to read how to use it properly with the manual you can also download from above and I will try help out anyone who is having a problem with it.
