Is this for anyone passing by Sally? Or someone in partiucular??? :r :r :r

After faffing about last night(early this morning) until about 2-30am I finally cracked the secret of Tapestry stamps, I cannot say too much because I am demonstrating them next saturday and want to have those new techniques first outing then. But I promise after i get home next Saturday all will be revealed? I now like tapestry stamps a lot better!!! :love:
The Art impression stamps look more paintedly, and it seems you can stamp scenes with them, but I was under the impression they are a bit expensive per stamp??? The C Dee's Morsals are a far better buy, upto 42 stamps per set @ approx £10 a set???but alas, not widely available as yet? .

With the Art Impressions stamps you can, as Poppy says, "paint" pictures that look like genuine water colours - I personally like the effect very much, and just wondered what you all think of them ?

As Poppy says, they ARE expensive, unfortunately.Posted Image :groan

I like that idea :D Poppy, you could be CB's own version of Jack Hargreaves :thumbup; Hands up all those who want a "Poppy Says...." room!! :qn:

I've sort of seen snippets of these stamps, but haven't really explored the subject because of the prices :blush: I can be very tight at times :r

Just noticed - I have become a full member ! What did I do ? Don't know what all the "gradings" mean, or why they change, sorry .... could someone explain please ?

Erm - is this an "Ask Poppy" question I wonder ?

Sylvia, the "grades" change, ususally, whenever you pass a certain point in number of posts :thumbup; It does get steadilly harder to get a new "grade" though, as the gap between each grade doubles each time :D We also tend to celebrate achieving grades of "Diamond" and above :thumbup;

I'll create a special "Ask Poppy" room today ;)

This is a rather old thread now - just posting to say that I have treated myself to three more Art Impressions stamps and a few other goodies - as you do when you visit a craft shop - or two (as I have done today)

Had hoped for rain today - no luck - still hot and humid here
