This one I did recently, not sure if I should have stuck the dots on :rolleyes: called it Distraction :lol:

I first saw this late last night and wasn't sure about it, so I left it till I was more awake.

The thing is.....I keep having to come back to look at it! It has a kind of hynotic feel to it. The dots certainly do add something to the picture!

It's a really great abstract!

Gorgeous colours and patterns - the dots make it - it's funny - you stuck them on, but they look as though they're embossed into the painting :thumbup; :thumbup;

:ta: Thanks everyone for nice comments. I'm enjoying playing around with the encaustics and I do like abstract designs still got a long way to go with the learning curve but having fun. :wave:

Poppy I didn't even think of ice cubes till you mentioned it now everytime I look at this that's all I can see :lol:
