following the lilac socks I made with the cheapo ball of wool that I found in the charity shop, I brought some more yarn.....this time instead of paying 50p I had to fork out £4.50 for the ball! and this colour was discounted as its not very popular! I couldnt buy it in my local yarn shop, I had to search ebay.....the german yarns are beautiful to use ( this one is Opal Magic) soft and very warn to wear....and I do get almost 2 pairs out of one ball, if I do the second pair with a matching coloured heel and toe.....so I guess £4.50 isnt so bad!

I made these with the cuff double so that I can fold them over, I prefere them that way. :thumbup;

:thumbup; Think you got a bargain once again, if it is special wool. As long as it keeps your feet warm and cosy. :thumbup;
