A Small Project....

here is a small item that I made with some left over clay from a bowl. I rolled it flat and spigged it with various items and drew in some little cave painting type animal figures, this one is made with stoneware clay and has been buscuit fired, mags made one in terracotta.

I am going to smoke fire it to get that ancient look and then wax with bees wax to finish!

I better make the most of this terms class as I dont intend to re enroll next term...( see my dilemma thread in the lounge.)

I have put mine in the incinerator in the garden, and it should be cool enought touch in a few hours,

:groan I forgot to take a before picie, never mind it was plain terracota in colour, well you know what thats like anyway ;)
