I found this pattern for little shrugs ( like little bolero's that just cover the arms and tops of shoulders) just right for poping over strappy tops and little party dresses, so I made one for my girls

this one is using some of the monet yarn, done in a block net stitch with a large hook.....

They are lovely Catherine, my sister had made quite a few shrugs, they seem to be very popular :thumbup; and ideal to keep the chill off :thumbup;

Love the colours you have used and the eylash looks lovely and soft :thumbup;

they are very simple to make! just measure from cuff, cross back and to other cuff and make a rectangle, long enough so that when you put the two long sides together it fits round the arms, find the armpit area and sew up from armpit to cuff on both arms and there you have it! I added some extra rows on the monet one, around the cuffs and the body, easy as pie and quick to make! sal, if you would like one, Im sure we could come to some sort of arrangement! ;)
