My garden is positively sogged up to the gills ... it has rained all afternoon again today and hubbys got soaked again ... he he .. I didnt!! :r :r :r :r :r

Do you know anything about carnation cuttings Sally ?/ Me dear ole sis brought me some pipings down from a bunch she had and they have been sitting in water for 3 weeks and got smelly and as I had just found my rooting powder I thought ... o well Jen give it a go ... so i just dipped and stuffed them all in a pot and placed in the greenhouse .. so will wait and see..

Was it Steve talking about spinach ??

Mine is coming up well in the garden , its perpetual spinack , whatever that is ??

On the spinach, Jen: Terry started it! :r :r :r :r It's not my fault this time :lol: I would expect perpetual spinach to continue growing even though you lop bits off it :thumbup;

Jen I would have done exactly the same with the carnation cuttings :thumbup; I have done a few like that and they came on lovely :thumbup;

Its wet through here in Nottingham too, the garden has gone from thirsty to drowning in 4 days :angry:

At least everything seed wise is okay in the greenhouse :thumbup; Saw the first sign of carrotts and onions this morning too :thumbup;
