Anyone use these. I'm not sure I'm doing it right, I heat emboss, then rubb for all I'm worth, and it just comes out a bit smeary, while the ends of my fingers feel slightly burnt and get a build up of gooey gunge on them. Anyone had more luck than me???

Never tried those Kim sorry. They don't appeal to me at all, they look tatty and second hand when finished using those inks and powders.
I like my cards to look new, or newish?
sounds messy also?
good luck with them Kim, I am sure yours will be better thn any of mine would be using those materials. :thumbup;

Forgot to add a :r to that comment, sorry. I can't use the icons at work, and forgot I could at home.

I think it's one of those looks that can look great if really well done, but as you say, tatty and cheap if it doesn't quite work!

Not convinced so far, I have to say. I liked the idea, but the practice isn't quite working as i hoped :angry:

BTW, yes I am interested in the book, I'm having a look through to see if I have some bits to send you or a cheque!! :)
