V,

Your house is really cute and kind of typical of what I imagine all US houses to look like!!

You have done a great job with the garden and it all looks soo vibrant .....

We have a new visitor to our garden ,(check next new post for details), dont think he will be climbing up to my bird tables though!!

I know I've said it before - but your house is sooooooo pretty....

Stunning flowers - especially the first geranium.....never seen anything like it, and as for the chipmunk - I've only ever seen one in a zoo !!!

Very humid here too, but cooler, and drizzly.

Love x

Thanks guys, the chipmunk is a cutie. I have a soft spot for this one, this is the one the cats got last year and Michale and I saved him and put him in the barn, he had a terrible head injury but lived in the barn all winter. He walks funny, rather lopsided and is missing half a tail! I like the chipmunks being in the barn as they won't let the mice live in the same place with them, very snobby chipmunks are

Lovely Virginia, thanks for showing them. :thumbup; Your house reminds me of the one's in New Zealand. I love verandah's, wish we had one to catch the early morning sun(what sun!!)- and the late evening sundowns?

Terry says she had not seen a Geranium like yours .... I have seen them everywhere and had some like it myself ... I generally put them in hanging baskets as they are sooo pretty!!

Thanks for the lovely comments :)
The lady who I got the geranium from says to put it in the house for the winter and it will continue to grow and flower all winter.
We're having a couple of hot muggy days then a cold front is coming so we're supposed to get wicked thunderstorms, which I love but will be the end of the peonies, they're so pretty but they don't last long! My lawnmower lets Michael walk right up to him/her, it's a baby still and quite small.
