Hello,
I have been a member of the site for ages but have been so busy that I haven't been on this site for a really long time. I couldn't remember if I said hello first time round so...Hello! :wave:
I'm married with 3 sons, live in Hertfordshire and work from home for Barnardos children's charity. I love Salt Dough modelling but again having time to do it s really a problem. Haven;t been able to find too much on the forum about salt dough so if anyone can point me in the right direction I'd be grateful..

Glad to be here (again)

Deb x

My name is jennie or Jen ,(justjen on CB).... you may not know me as I hav only been a member since feb 2006 ... you may know my daughter though , Jinny??

I( dont think there is a slat dough thread but if you ask SZteve I am sure he will put one on for you Deb..

I am in to loads of different crafts icluding , knitting, patchwork , card maiking , parchment ... but at the moment its painting , mainly water colours but have had a go at acrylics , pastels and oils... my aim is to sell a few pieces so I can fund my expensive habits and shut my dear hubby up!!

Hope to chat more Deb ... this is basically a nice bunch of people on here and I hope you get to like it ..

One thin .. there is always someone with an answer to any question you may have , which can be very handy!!

Enjoy,

Hi Deb :wave: And :hi: to :cb: :wave:

Most discussion on salt dough has been on the Kids' forums ;) However, though salt dough isn't (as far as I know) "fired", The Kiln covers things like polymer clay and other clay crafts, and I think that salt dough could fit well in there as the manipulation of it would be pretty similar :thumbup;

I must confess, I'm happier consuming salt than making things with it :r But I hope that you'll find inspiration and fun with us :huggy:

Steve :)

Hi Deb :wave:

:bighi: to :cb:

I have never had a go at salt dough but have seen some beautiful things that have been made with it, and I hope you will show us some of your makes?

I love most crafts and am ready to try anything new - you never know you might get a few of us hooked on Salt Dough :lol:
