Testing A New Bear Pattern

I was looking for a simple bear pattern to use up my scraps of yarn, I found this pattern, as you can see is a simple, non jointed bear, quite quick to make and I think I might make a few for the Christmas fair......

this one is only tiny, I made him with the left over yarn from hubs socks!

he is just the prototype, Im quite pleased with him, I had to add some white before sewing his eyes on, it gives him cross eyed look!

Hes lovely Catherine, I really like his odd colors too, and love those eyes :lol:

You make it look and sound so easy :P they are sure to be a hit, could you do them with Santa Hats, or maybe knitted santa with a sack to place a gift? just an idea... ;)

the santa hat is a real winner I think, I was wondering weather to make a bunch of bear heads with hats on and attatch a loop on the top, for either tree decs or phone charm things that the older kids like! :thumbup;
