We have been stripping out a VERY old hedge... this was after day 2...3/4 done and all chopped up and bagged!

Morning Jen ![]() Your garden is looking fab That must have been a job and half pulling out that hedge, but you are getting there and it looks so much better Your bench looks nice too with a coat of paint We have rain here today looks like summer lasted 2 days

Sally,Yes I am very proud of most of my garden , except the bottom and the broken fence! I meant to say that the dark patches at the top of the grass are clippings that I couldnt rake up!! I have fed the lawn and it looks a lot greener, I was hoping to get out there after dentists and finish off today so I can start conditioning the soil before planting it up !! Oh well at least it will be watered!! The forecast says moving off to the east this afternoon ... didnt say you would get rain though ?? Jenx |

What do they know Jen It is definitely raining here atm <_< Si managed to get out and cut the lawn the other day and ours looks lovely and green, which makes a change, its usually quite dry and full of weeds I have loads of buds ready to open on my sweet pea too - I love them and teir scent

You have a nice garden Jen,when we lived in our old house we stripped the hedge,it made a difference to our garden,mind you all the trouble we had with the neighbours i wish i had kept the hedge. |

The only neighbour that is attachedt o us has put a six foot fence up so we dont have any probs.... we get on ok too which helps! Jenx |

Now we have moved,the housing society have put 6 foot fences which is better,we also have the best neighbours we have ever had.I would not swap them. |

My son started pulling up one of my hedges but then it started raining so the other one got left
