Jo, the format is in Paint Shop Pro
I'm not actually at home right now so can't check on it but IrfanView with its add-ons can handle many versions of the format, allowing you to save them to more standard versions, like jpeg

I can confirm that the files are in PSP V9.0 format
This is probably because they use layers, to pack everything into a single file
There are ways to overcome that problem, though ![]() Steve |

I haven't got Irfanview on this computer. I think I shall have to ask for the PSP for my Christmas present this year as it seems it would be useful, but not sure if I would be able to understand it!

I had this problem too Poppy, you need something like PSP or another graphics programme. I'm sure Steve can explain how to do it!

Yep, you need PaintShop Pro V9 or higher
You can, however, download a converter from here which will allow you to convert it into more common formats
The problem is that layers are involved and those are lost on conversion ![]() Steve |

Oh that's a shame Jo. I don''t have anything like that on this? I will try the converter though later and see how it looks. Thankyou so much Steve. I could do with going on a long course to get me upto speed on all things like graphics. Hugs Poppy |
