Hello everyone,
I have finally found my way to the boards!!!

I recognise and remember a few names on here but Im not sure if anyone will remember me!!!??? :D

Well I havent done any waxing for over a year now due to adopting a 15 week old baby boy last december so as you can imagine art has been a distant memory until now!!

My husband is just putting the final touches to my new art studio and I have just put a very big order with Barry!!!

Am very scared though that I have forgotten completely how to do it :hehe:

Oh well hope to chat with you guys soon - (the computor is going in the art room as well so I dont think you will ever get me out of there once the children are in bed!!!)

Well, Hello there, Mich and a very warm welcome to Craftboard.

Waxing is a little further down the stairs, but there are lots of other things too.

Belated congratulations on your bundle of joy, give him crayons (non toxic of course) and paper and he too can join in :D :D :D

Welcome :love:

Hi Michelle, of course i remember you? So glad you are back with us. :thumbup; Congratualtions of your lovely little boy, :congrats: and i think we all understand just how demanding babies are at the age he is now. :baby: :yip: :yip: :yip: Yes , as Jenny says, give him some non toxic crayons and paper and let him do his arty stuff with you. :thumbup;

Encaustic is like riding a bike, (if you can, cos i can't?) :r Apparently, if you fall off the iron you just get back on? :r ouch! :r
Looking forward to seeing some of your wok again.
Hugs Poppy

I'm not waxing at the moment myself, though hoping to be doing so sooner rather than later ;) Certainly, I understand your being worried about forgetting it all :D But then a :baby: is a much better excuse than mine :r :r :r :congrats: on that :huggy:
