I will be at the Farlingaye High School Craft Fayre on Sunday 14th October.

It runs from 10am - 4pm and admission is £1 with children under 16 free.

Farlingaye High School
Ransome Road
Woodbridge
Suffolk.

I am told there is easy free parking. Not sure about disabled access, but being a school I daresay they have to have something suitable in place.

So if your're in the area why not pop along and join in the fun!

Yes, Ros. Usually I let them either make a picture (which comes with a mount) or a bookmark. The littluns always like to have a go and they usually go for purple and pink!

Mind you....have had a few older people trying it out too, and one guy wouldn't let his kids anywhere near the table and sat waxing for ages!!! I didn't mind though, because he later came back and paid £40 for a framed work!

I'm really looking forward to the event!

See you there....and best of luck to your son for his recital! :thumbup;

:thumbup; Well done Andrew!

Nice to meet you and the family, Ros!

We had a reasonably good day, if tiring! My back was killing me last night....those chairs were terrible!!!

Thanks again Ros, for passing that fair on to me when you couldn't do it! It was a good day!

Thanks Steve. Yes...feeling much better today, but I have rested all afternoon, which did me a lot of good!

I'm going to rethink the way I do things for the next fair I think though!

Glad your back has recovered .. :)

Something that I do,, and have found works reasonably well for me is that I let anyone and everyone I can make eye contact with , have a go for free.

Only on small pieces of card,, but ,, I then have several walking adverts :)

All I state is that,, everyone can have one go for free,,
then , if you want to have another go, make a bookmark, a fridge magnet or a keyring, and cards for adults ... all at the same price of £1.50

I am sure I get far more people trying it out that way,, and my enjoyment of events is more in watching people enjoy themselves than anything else.
