hi there Jo,
The pattern is on about.com, it's a freebie. It's called an African net necklace and prins out on about nine pages........don't panic, it's an 'easy' pattern to follow, step by step. My insider advice is to wax the thread, it goes through lots of beads.
It is well worth the effort though, they are very pretty when done. My fave of all the patterns I've done or seen.
