If you have an event to publicise that you have some experience of, could you, if at all possible, include details of disability access?
Some exhibitions, for example, are totally inaccessible for wheelchair/scooter users, being located in places with steps

A very good point Steve. Our friends son is in an electric wheelchair and they do still have problems going places. People think it is accessible and then when they go it isn't. Things are generally improving though.
