While i have been feeling queezy with this bug, i not ill yet, so have been board.
SO, I decided to try out some new stamps i bought a couple of weeks ago and some i have had for over a year but never used!!!
The Oriental stes are from Lakeland Plastics. And both the the Gysha girls are from Cheddar Stampers.

Sorry to hear you're still not feeling well Poppy. I like the cards but agree perhaps the bird is upsude down on the one! I haven't done much stamping lately, perhaps will when I'm back home again.

Thanks Jo, that's what comes of having to take my glasses off to craft? An upside down bird! :r
Eileen these stamps are brilliant, I just got tem because i liked Oriental themes, but when i opened them yesterday, as i hadn't used any of the 2 sets i had until then, I realised that they are all interchangable and compliment each other. :thumbup;
Sally i didn't think the blue would mix wth the ruby, but i have to admit yes i like that one also?
I am still bored, so maybe do some more stamping tomorrow, if i am ok? Hugs Poppy

Poppy, I hope the bug hasn't gotten hold of you :hug: Lovely cards :thumbup; I've been a fan of Oriental art for many years - long before the modern fad for it :D

lol Funny you should say that as it was a fish and chip shop when we first moved there but then was bought by a lovely family from Hong Kong and turned into a Chinese takeaway. I'll always remember when the family who owned the chippy were packing they gave me a dolls pram, I loved that pram :D
I was in there one day when it was a Chinese and the granny started talking to me, I don't understand or speak Chinese and she didn't understand or speak English, very strange conversation :r then she gave me a newspaper to read...all in Chinese :r :r :r

Awwww, how nice, isn't it the things you gt given that make an impact on you Sharon? I remember being about 4 and the bin men gave me a plush floppy rabbit from someone elses rubbish? ( it was in tin bins then) It was as good as new and they obviously thought i could love it rather than it being thrown away. I had that rabbit for years!
That lovely chinese lady, you must have made her day chatting to her in languages both of you couldn't understand? But Sharon, SMILEY FACES say a lot more than words ever could? :huggy:
