this one drove me mad! I found two patterns on the internet, tried the first and could not get it at all! spent about 4 hours in all trying to get it right and then gave up....tried the second pattern and cracked it right away! this one has been unraveled a few times as I kept making mistakes but finaly I finished it! I edged it with a reverse single crochet stitch that I learnt from a you tube clip! it was a new one on me!

Well Catherine, you did afantastic job of doing this spiral blanket, well done YOU for persevering!!!! :thumbup;
It can get difficult to do spiral blankets, i had to do 2 for twins, ages ago when i use to knit for a shop, but that was with a knitting pattern. I wouldn't know where to start with a crochet pattern, Nmy crochet is stiil very basic?

:thumbup; Great result Catherine.
I tried doing a hardanger pattern off the internet and there were mistakes in it! <_< When people post them, they aren't always as accurate as bought patterns that have been tested.

:can: :hooker: Great job. You did a great job. I know some of the patterns can drive you over the edge sometimes but am glad you kept trying. I love crochet. Knitting has found me undoing many times. I did do a sweater for Sparky though that you did. It turned out great finally! :blush: Keep them coming!! :clap:
