I sent 5 ATC's for a swap to someone last Tuesday, the envelope arrived with my SAE but no ATC's. It had undone itself en route. I was devastated, my first attempt at swapping, and some I couldn't replace as I had used things I only had one of. :-/
Still trying to find them in the postal service, they had my email address on but not my mail address. I don't have much luck with the post as I never got my Santa swap either. :'(

Anyway I decided to put it behind me and try again, so I'm entering another swap, and have made some spare ones too.

Lovely ATCs, Jo :thumbup; Sorry you're having so many postal problems :( Sounds rather suspicious that everything except the actual cards arrived :unsure: I have to wonder if it would pay to put ATCs between two sheets of thick card that are deinitelty larger than credit cards ;)

I know that some areas have more problems with mal getting lost or damaged than others :blink: You'd think that, t a time where the Post office should be fighting to survive, they'd be tightening up on such things :rolleyes:

I had actually put them inside a card, if only I'd put it in upside down as the card and SAE were still in the envelope!
I phoned a helpline and registered a complaint, the young man was very helpful and seemed to think I would get them back! I was asked how much - I said priceless works of art! but concluded that they probably cost me 30p each!
I posted more to another swap today and they are inside a strip from the storage sheets, inside a long card fastened with a strip of paper and inside an envelope well sellotaped! Names plastered all over too.I shall watch with bated breath for their safe arrival. :-/

Certainly sounds like there's little reason for the ATCs to be missing, Jo :wacko: I'd definitely put a higher value on them, though - something below "needs insurance" levels but enough to make a difference ;)

:crossed: that the new ones get through safely :thumbup;

Your ATCs are lovely Jo. :thumbup; It's such a shame when they go astray in the post, that has happened to me a couple of times and I always make spares just to be on the safe side. Hope these arrive safely :big)
