Belief? Useful for a campaign slogan but that is all. Loyalty? You got the wrong City.
But I know what does drive you Rā's, and if you look closely enough - beneath the duplicity and the vindictiveness - you'll see it's what drives the steering hand of little Harv still inside me somewhere: Logic. It's the one thing we still have in common.
Let me explain our actions the last two rounds, and our plan for the next, and you pick and choose how much is logical and made sense for not just us, but you as well.
Prometheus should have left two rounds ago round to break up the Ivy/Prometheus pairing. It would have left a set of three's in Penguin, You & us, as well as Joker, You & us. All evenly matched. No massive social threat excepting for Ivy. But that ship has long sailed. Penguin leaving was not ideal, but achieved the same ends in taking out a challenge threat, and still lined up Ivy's ouster next. Maybe it's for the best. At least now there is a bigger target than either of us come the F3 round.
Know that Ivy would never have left last night under 'normal' Prometheus rule. H needed to be under the pressure of the collapse of the Axis - Penguin or you in there in his place would have taken her out much quicker - but only knowing now what you did not then. Had we just blindly allowed the Axis to go all the way to five - both Prometheus and Ivy would have ended up in the Final three. And that means even if the likes of you or I had managed F3 and then F2, we would be up against it in the Finale itself.
Then Ivy last night was a must boot. Sure I could have convinced Joker to boot you - especially on the back of your venting yesterday - but remember, we are being logical, not emotional. Other easy boots in there would have been Prometheus to take out his triple threat nature, or recombine with Prometheus to take out Joker, or Harley. But Ivy was a must.
Any other one of those options and Ivy would have been guaranteed her F2 spot, practically with an opponent of her choosing. No doubt you felt close to her. You know Prometheus did - did we not discuss those two being perceived as a pair the same way you & us once were? We will tell you right now that Joker was also convinced she & him were going to the F2. For my part, she sold an F2 since round one, to 'keep tabs' on Harley & Joker and make sure they didn't overpower our four. We would dearly liked to have believe it too, and we do believe she saw us as her number one of all number ones, Hence why she & us were the bridging point between the Axis and the Guys & Dames. Would she have actually gone all the way to the end with us? Maybe. If I wasn't taken out first. She wouldn't have stopped that happening, not if it endangered her other options. Her true goal we believe was to bring Harleen all the way. Had she survived last night she would never have left the game. She threw that challenge too in case you hadn't noticed - so sure she was of her position and so eager she was to have another blood free boot not haunting her at the end.
We have no fear of killing and letting the Jurors know who was fully responsible for it. We believe they should respect our ruthlessness. We believe it so much, it doesn't even matter to us which one of you we face at the end. You and us at end could be a poetic battle of gamestyles. Honor & Loyalty vs Deception & Ruthlessness. We would promise you an F2 deal here and now, only that would tempt us too much to break it just to send another Criminal to the dock bitter at his exit, and add another one to the "coldly manipulated" column.
So there are the why's for the last rounds. Do what you want with them. This PM is already overly long so don't even comment on them if you don't feel the need. But here is what I do want to discuss before the PM cut-off - the logical next step;
You don't want to be in the F3 with Harleen. Of course you don't. Nobody does but everybody does. Win that challenge with her in there and you may as well count the game as won. Lose that challenge and there is no-one booting her and bringing you to the end over her. So let's say Harleen can't be the planned boot for the F3 council. She gets to F3, she gets to the Finale.
Booting her at F4? Maybe. Maybe the three / one in power will decide that she needs to leave before the F3 temptation begins. Or maybe by then there is a two on one battle between three of us and Harleen as the fourth player. Will the two holding the majority be able to boot the minority one at 4 and risk allowing Harleen passage to F3? No?? Will they agree at that point to boot Harleen, and leave that minority one with the chance to win the final challenge and break up their duo?? Oooh, that's risky too..
Harleen leaves now. This round. We've had it mapped out in our head for rounds now. It's what needs to be done and it will be done. Because logically we simply have to. This is the reason she's survived so long. So us four are forced to allow each other into the Final four.
I have already outlined this to joker & Prometheus. Of course with Harleen I am promising that with her old Goat Herder out of the game, she has a new master no who will drag her to the end. Another one for the bitter Juror column for me This is our plan for tomorrow. Jump aboard or make your own. I will not say come up with a better one because there is none. The only one that exists is dragging her all the way to the end yourself. And that is too risky for any of us to try.
This is just an amazing PM, and makes me reconsider entirely the F3 that Joker, Prometheus and I have just planned. What he says makes sense and I want to do it, but he's such a threat I just can't even allow him into the F4.
I fear if Harvey goes now that Joker attempts to make me boot Prometheus at F4 and aims to take Harley to the end. That would be devastating. I think my best shot of making the F2 is by going with Prometheus - but does that mean Joker and Harley getting into the F2 together, or taking the threat of Two Face? Such a poignant question and one I cannot answer.
What would Ra's do?

My answer to those questions are kinda intertwined: I wanted to go F3 with either Penguin/ Ivy or Prometheus/ Ivy and take Ivy to the end. I knew she was excellent socially but I also felt that there were points to be made on her not being a part of moves, of throwing challenges to keep her loyalties hidden, and of course the fact that she would've had to betray everyone to get to the end. I thought that she was going to be a relatively easy win for the jury and she was my F2 endgame.
So my read on her boot is that I have to make new plans. Harvey eliminating Ivy was interesting because I felt that had he taken out me or Prometheus he would have an easier ride to the finals. Perhaps he doesn't think that Prometheus and I will team up with Joker, or that we don't fear Harley in the F4 (which I do fear) or simply that he will be able to win the necessary challenges. Whatever his belief making such huge moves on people who are so connected is a huge point for him in the jury while also pissing off those aligned with Ivy. I think he should've taken me or Prometheus out but whadda I know?

Oh, and the jury. Black Mask should vote on best strategic game, Bane I have no idea, Penguin will vote based on game, and Ivy will vote based on who she thinks nets her a win. I guess I really don't know
Right now the jury stock for me is such:
1. Harvey 2. Prometheus 3. Joker 4. Ra's 5. Harley
Clearly that means I need to take Harley for the win but I do feel that were I to take her that my stock is low enough so that she could beat me. I think people respect her now even though she truly hasn't done much more lately than she's done all game but it's a movement that could result in her winning and I really don't want to risk that.
Joker could be someone potentially beatable but I think he'll take anyone mad at me and is both articulate and funny so it'd be a tough ride.
Prometheus and I have similar games and his wordiness could be the death of him. I think going against Prometheus would be a possibly good bet - I'm sure he has jury stock and being such a threat this entire game and constantly on people's tongues is something that can be said for him, but I could argue against it.
I don't know. Right now I want Harvey out because he is the biggest threat to win and from there I think Harley does have to leave because if it's me/ Prometheus or me/ Joker with her in the F3 that I need to win the last challenge to win the game. I really don't want to be in that position so a F3 with Joker/ Prometheus makes more sense to me.
I just fear the cast may think that I'm a jury threat and want me out. Ugh that would kill me.

And wow. I have one PM from you posted in my confesh - complementing how in character you were and how well you were combining it with your arguments - and it's your response to this one
