My latest version of baldr will be ready in a week or so,

It uses keyed random transposition, block size of 64 bytes, and butterfly style mixing. Just trying to work out the substitution boxes. I want it to be able to achive full block avalanche from a one bit change. The only testing done at this point is statistical, Encrypted files do not compress.
