This challenge is based on the idea of hiding messages in spam (this form of encryption is discussed elsewhere). In the late nineties when communication through computers reached the big mass, a splinter fraction of the CIA set up a system to communicate with their agents in the field. To do this unnoticedly, they set up a fake company that spreads "commercial e-mail" for them, in other words spam, to a large number of people. In the list of receipients they put the web mail adresses of the agents. On the other hand of course, the agent cannot use the company's server to send mails. This is where one field agent makes a mistake. In a hury, he made a spam mail too, but he failed to send it to a large group. That's when the French Bureaux Deuxième comes in. They intercepted the following message:
