I have a cipher that has only 7 symbols, and 1 of them is used infrequently. I was given no information about the cipher other than that it's compressed. Looking at the symbols I notice that one (!) appears more than any others... likely it's LWZ compression, right? A LWZ compressed binary code? Here's the original message, if any of you have seen something similar I'd love some hints as to what it is and how to crack a compressed cipher.
