Whoever is in charge of this forum needs to clean up email addresses. Spam harvesters are collecting them. Here is a piece of spam I received due to the sloppy care of this forum: Return-Path: <sentto-12985323-5-1133171265-jktaber=munged!#$%net@returns.groups.yahoo.com> Received: from mxsf05.cluster1.munged.net ([10.20.201.205]) by mtai02.munged.net (InterMail vM.6.01.05.04 201-2131-123-105-20051025) with ESMTP id <20051128094751.EDNW10683.mtai02.munged.net@mxsf05.cluster1.munged.net> for <jktaber@munged.net>; Mon, 28 Nov 2005 04:47:51 -0500 Received: from mxip30a.cluster1.munged.net (mxip30a.cluster1.munged.net [209.225.28.189]) by mxsf05.cluster1.munged.net (8.12.11/8.12.11) with ESMTP id jAS9lljr020995 for <jktaber@munged.net>; Mon, 28 Nov 2005 04:47:50 -0500 Received: from n4a.bulk.scd.yahoo.com ([66.94.237.38]) by mxip30a.cluster1.munged.net with SMTP; 28 Nov 2005 04:47:47 -0500 Message-Id: <4enk8j$e952fg@mxip30a.cluster1.munged.net> X-IronPort-AV: i="3.97,384,1125892800"; d="scan'208"; a="479365616:sNHT23841044" Comment: DomainKeys? This mail has got nothing to do with this forum, nor it's security policy. As for that, I am not in control of it, that's Invision's problem. And I am pretty sure that e-mail adresses in the profile are completely safe from spam, because it has a filter. |

This appears to be spam to the Yahoo Cryptanalysis mailing list, which does list a John K. Taber as a member. It may be that you forgot you joined that list, since before the spam message it hadn't had any traffic since March 2005. I don't think it has anything to do with the forum. |

If you are going on the fact that that came from this forum because it has 'cryptanalys' in the email address - look at all of the emails on this forum. None of them match. Also - only Admin's can see everybody's email, if you choose to not show it, and the only admin on this forum is revelation. It is most likely a person who stole your email from somewhere else. Especially as you haven't registered - it is impossible for us to have your email - unless you gave it to us randomly - and if you are going to acuse this forum of stupid charges - then why even trust us in the first place? Save this forum from itself and just delete the topic |

Everything is possible, The impossible just takes longer If we do not know what a particle is doing then it is allowed t do everything possible simultaneously. "Anyone who can contemplate Quantum Mechanics without getting dizzy, didn't understand it." | |
