The Cipher File

When I was 12 or 13, I received as a gift Katherine Yurica's "The Cipher File", which was a group of 40 pen-and-ink drawings with short aphorisms encoded in simple substitution ciphers.

I've heard people talk about what got them started. But I've never heard anyone mention this.

Anyone have any recollection of it?
