Anyone Have Experience With Aegean Park Press?

Aegean Park Press carries titles that no one else does. They're the only source, it seems, for a number of important works on cryptography.

I wanted to order a few of their books, today. But they don't have online ordering, they didn't answer their phone, and they haven't called me back.

I understand that they're a pretty small operation. I don't expect them to staff like they were Amazon or B&N. But how responsive are they? Is this one of those organizations where I'm going to have to wait weeks on every order?

I have ordered from them twice and both times I got my order within about a week, I think. I didn't have any problems, so I don't really know how their customer service is.

I've since found that Agean Park books are carried by both Amazon and Barnes and Noble.

Amazon lists every title I've looked for, but says 4-6 week shipping date. B&N does not list every title, but says 1-2 shipping date date. It might be that B&N stocks some titles, and that Amazon stocks none, but will place orders through Aegean Park.

In any case, I'm more comfortable dealing with either than I am with sending a credit card number to a fax machine.
