Here's another variation on the Scrabble® tile cipher concept.

Set up the alphabet in two rows of 13 letters each:

To encipher each letter, find the letter in the opposite row and use that as the cipher text. For example, if the message begins with S, then the ciphertext letter will be F, and if the plaintext is F, then the ciphertext will be S.

To Suffle the alphabet after each letter is enciphered, swap the two letter tiles that were just used, and then slide the top row one tile to the right. For example, to encipher "NEW CIPHER", begin by using A for N, swapping A and N

and then sliding the top row to the right

Next, The spare letter on the right, M in this case, is picked off and moved to the left end of the top row, resulting in

Since the letter swapping in governed by the plaintext message, it is an autokey, and depending on the message content, will scramble differently every time. As with any autokey, a "day key" could be added by first enciphering the daily keyword to further scramble the alphabet.

The whole message "NEW CIPHER" is enciphered to "ASH EZKDDJ".

I've added an online simulator for this cipher so I can play around with it and see how hard it is to crack.
Feel free to use the simulator at http://cryptopian.com/tile3sim.php
