Where students learn about the city, the Wisemen, and their powers

The place where the Wisemen dwell - feared by ally and enemy alike - and also the main HQ for the Elite. The Wisemen discuss business and those who defy them are brought to trial here. The members of the Elite also live here. It serves surprisingly good cake.

This is the place where all those condemned by the Wisemen spend the last few days of their miserable lives. Not a happy place. They do not serve cake.

Not actually a garden. This is the pretentious, ritzy name of the apartment complex in downtown Arcadia

General area of Downtown for when stories don't necessarily fit in any other section. This is not limited to a plaza: it refers to any section for the streets in the Inner Circle.

A place of healing and care for all the Users in Arcadia.

The borderline between Downtown, where the Users live, and the Slums.

Where the many corporations of Arcadia have their headquarters, and where many of Arcadia's middle class go to work.

Where the Normals are forced to reside. Nooot the best of places to be out at night. Even being out during the day has its dangers.

The Walmart of the Normals. If you want to get clothes, this is the place to go! Just don't expect them to be new.

A large shipping port on the edge of down. A very shady place where only the toughest, strongest people work.

Below Arcadia lies a network of abandoned sewers and subway stations. Here, sometimes, fugitives with nowhere left to run will come. Here monsters lurk. And here, most importantly, is the new base of the Messiah Complex, in an abandoned subway station.

You may start your own random RPs in here that should not be directly linked to the plot of the main RP. You may use the same characters as those in the main RP, just not the same main plot.
