Resa's grin only widened at the expression on Anya's face.
"I wonder if you get as good as you give."

Oooh yeah, you better run.
For a girl with a supposed power of movement, she sure was clumsy, Resa noted as the redhead went crashing to the ground.
Before Anya could so much as untangle her feet, Resa was crouching over her, sitting perched on the tip of her toes with her wings extended like some bird of prey. A wicked smile on her face.
"Time to find out!"

She tried her sides first, poking and prodding - not enough to hurt but certainly enough to drive her nuts, the backs of her knees and elbows - her feathers making a good breeze as she did so.
"Maybe you should tell me your safe word?" She mused, waited for a reaction.

Anya curled into a crazed fit of giggles under Resa's assault, her hands doing their best to cover her sides in defence to the relentless fingers poking from above.

"Please!" she managed to gasp through ragged breath. "M- mercy! This is unfair!"

The redhead tried to push out from her fetal position, but to no avail as she found her body refusing to listen under given condition. Instead, her arm reached out, managing to grab a hold of her roommate's shoulder.

With one last effort of desperation, she forcefully kicked herself off the floor, sending both herself and Resa tumbling backwards in a mess of limbs and feathers.

Resa shrieked as Anya launched herself at her, and tumbled backwards, pulling the redhead after her. They ended up in a tangled mess, with Resa stretched out on her back smirked up at her roommate. "You give up?"

There were feathers everywhere, it would take hours to clean up. Her feet had gotten tangled up in her discarded blanket too, and she couldn't move until Anya got off her - which of course was the perfect opportunity for the redhead to tickle her.

Give up? She wasn't the one currently pinned to the floor.

Now unaccustomed to the ways of tickling, Anya was reluctant to continue this little exchange that she had indadvertedly started with her roommate. But giving the situation and the opportunity for a little payback of her own, she decided to go ahead and take the chance.

Following Resa's example from earlier, she aimed her fingers at the other girl's sides, gently prodding them up and down the area under her ribs. But then just as quickly as she had started, she then stopped, giving the girl beneath her an inquisitive look.

"Beg pardon Ms. Resa, but am I doing this right?"

Resa couldn't answer her, she was too busy laughing and trying to get her breath back. Finally she stopped and was able to choke out: "W-what do you think??"
She held up her hands in surrender, "Pax. Pax. I give up."

She sat up, or tried to, Anya was still sitting on her.
"Mind budging a little?"
Resa ran a hand through her hair, dislodging feathers.
"You never had a tickle fight before? What the heck kinda childhood did you have?"

Though of course, no one here had had a 'normal' childhood as far as she could tell, but she remembered bouncing around on her mothers bed, trying to get the upper hand.
Of course, she always lost, even with the added bonus of her wings. Resa smiled at the memory.

"My apologies," Anya said, sliding herself off the other girl.

"This was my first," she confirmed, shaking her head in response to Resa's question. Up until now it had always been either training or work that would occupy her time. And even when she was free to do as she pleased, the redhead rarely had someone else there to spend time with, let alone someone who would appreciate such a manner of play.

But if she were to be honest with herself, she did have a lot of fun just now, and doing it again in the future didn't seem like such a bad idea.

"Ms. Resa," she said, leaning in for a small bow. "If I may ask, could you please teach me more about these tickle fights when it is convenient to your schedule?"

"There's nothing to it." Resa sat up, massaging her neck. "You just tickle each other till one of you give up or are too breathless to continue."
She grinned. "Guess you don't have time to play much huh?" She didn't know much about the Elite students, only that they took on extra training, took favours from the teachers, and were generally a royal pain in the arse.

"As for my schedule..." Resa paused, wondering exactly how to be polite without drawing Anya's attention to her nighttime activities - be it MC-related or otherwise. "I'm generally free after school, so anytime then? And Wednesday afternoons are off."

How was she going to explain her odd hours at Cafe Richard? It would be hard to be consistent after all...
Then the light of inspiration shone in her eyes.
"I also do odd jobs here and there, so I'll be in and out at odd hours. I hope that's okay?"
This way, she wouldn't have to worry about sticking to any one story, no matter how many lies she told. It wasn't exactly untrue anyway... which were the best sort of lies.

Anya nodded with a sad smile on her face. Resa was right; she didn't have much time to play. Or rather, she couldn't afford to spend her time pursuing such trivial activities.

After all, there was still the expectations of both the Professor and the Elite to consider, and until she could thoroughly meet and surpass them, there was plenty of work yet to be done.

That's right... there was still work to do.

"That is no problem at all," the redhead said, rising back to her feet. "I am afraid that my schedule is not much better in terms of consistency."

With a quick scan around the room, the mess that the two girls had made quickly became apparent as feathers and toppled furniture lay scattered across the floor. Leaning over, Anya carefully picked a couple of stray feathers up into her hand, their soft texture seeming to glow warm in her grasp. Perhaps it would be best to tidy things up over here before heading back out onto patrol.

Resa gave her a smile of her own, and picked up a small hand held vacuum, flicking the switch and darting around with it, picking up her feathers.
"Won't take me a moment, I'm used to this sort of thing."

What furniture there was was quickly put back into place, and her small room was soon back to it's usual semi-messy state, Resa dumped her clothes in a basket and it was more or less presentable.
Dusting off her hands, she turned to the redhead. "Right, need a hand unpacking? There's plenty of room in the wardrobe for your stuff, I don't have many clothes anyway."

She had changed into a pair of worn out jeans and a T-shirt, kneeling down and pouring out a mug of fresh tea for her guest. It was almost dinnertime, now that she thought of it, maybe she shouldn't have slept in so late.
"What would you like for dinner? We could nab something from the Canteen but I'm not in the mood for their crap, want to order take away?"

At Resa's offer to help her unpack, Anya's gaze briefly went down to her wagon and the closed luggages still waiting inside. Her eyes then looked back up to her roommate with a soft smile behind them. "Thank you for the offer, but that will not be necessary."

With her box of weapons already stored snugly away in the closet, only her plain wardrobe of SIN uniforms, assorted collection of plushes, and her stack of various school texts and magazines remained to be unpacked.

At the mentioning of dinner, it finally sunk into Anya's head just how late it actually was. Had time really been so fickle as to pass by so quickly and without warning? As for dinner itself... her mind wandered to the possibility of simply making a meal for her roommate and herself, but then she really didn't know just how well prepared the kitchen actually was. She would have to check and refill what was needed later.

For now, she supposed eating out was the best option. Unpacking could always come later.

"May I suggest dinner at a restaurant over in Thea's Plaza?" she asked, placing a thinking finger under her chin. "If not, there are others nearby that I am certain you will find quite delightful."

"Sounds like a good idea, pretty sure most of my food stuff's past the use-by date." Resa looked a little sheepish at this, having not checked her cupboards in a couple of weeks. It was testament to how little time she actually spent at home, and how much of her waking hours were filled up with school, work, and the Messiah Complex.

"Depends, what kind of place is it? Dressy?" She opened her wardrobe, trying not to feel self-conscious about how bare it was. There was at least one frock that would do if it were a high-class place, otherwise her street clothes would do. Anya seemed to be the type of person who would keep very civilised company, and she only hoped she could measure up.
At the very least she should change out of her pajamas.
