Q: Who created the dream?
A: The dream was started by Mikasiu, who came up with the general idea and theme of the dream. The Dragonscript, Dreamweaving, and most of the site was done by Shadou. The patches in the dream come from various places, mostly from the Roamheart Patching Database. Kinarai and Rekka also contributed to the site. Courin helped out with the board design - color scheme and whatnot.

Q: Are there any pack dens open?
A: No. Please read the site. There are only four packs in this dream, and there will always be only four packs. All dens in this dream (with the exception of fox dens and deer thickets) are dens for those four packs. Individual wolves may not claim dens. Foxes may claim fox dens, but that's all IC - it's only yours when you're there to defend it.

Q: How do I get into a pack?
A: Go to the Dragoness by either walking through the cave at the North end of the OOC area and following the tunnel, or by saying @sort. Answer the Dragon's question as your character would answer, and then inform your pack leader (both ICly and OOCly) of your arrival.

Other methods of getting into a pack are highly unorthodox, but accepted OOCly. For example, if a lone wolf becomes particularly friendly with one pack and is invited to join its ranks, that character may do so.

There is no sudden switching of packs. Once you say you are in a pack, you are in that pack. You may not change packs without the approval of multiple high-ranked staff members and SOLID IC REASONS that you can defend with tangible evidence. You may not change packs just because you don't like Bobby or Jill, or because your best friend started playing and is in a different pack.

Q: How do I get a high rank in a pack?
A: Earn it. Be present frequently, roleplay often, and behave.

Q: How do I get a high rank in the dream (AKA Staff Level)?
A: Earn it. Be present frequently, roleplay often, behave, and make yourself stand out as an exemplary patron.

Q: Am I required to sign up on the boards upon joining the dream?
A: No, although it can be a wonderful convenience, and you will be able to chit-chat with everyone in the dream if you do. If you really don't want to sign up, you can post as a guest, but you won't be able to do some of the neat things member accounts can do, and you won't receive any important updates through Email.
IF YOU CHOOSE TO POST AS A GUEST, DO NOT POST WITH THE NAME 'GUEST.' WRITE AN ACTUAL NAME OR YOUR POST WILL BE DELETED WITHOUT WARNING. If you have the name of your character somewhere in the post, you may leave the name 'Guest,' but we'd prefer if you'd put your name in the proper slot.

Q: If I sign up on the boards, will my account ever be deleted?
A: Only if you are caught being inactive (meaning you do not post at least once) for more than 90 days, or do not confirm your Email address within 90 days of registration. Alternately, if you choose not to come back, please PM an administrator so that your account can be removed.
Also, please be aware that if you behave poorly here you will be banned.

Q: Do I have to put my Email on the boards?
A: It is greatly preferred if we can Email you. That way, if anything drastic happens we can Email all our members so they aren't left in the dark. If you do not want your Email to be publicly displayed, go to your control pannel ("My Controls" on the upper right), click "Email Settings" on the left, and check the box beside "Hide my email address from other members."

Q: I want to remove my name/change my name on the boards.
A: PM one of the administrators.

Q: Can I put an event on the board calendar?
A: Sure, go ahead.

Q: My question's not here.
A: Post on this forum - not this BOARD, the forum. Meaning make a new topic.
