In the recent Clinton interview, did it seem like Clinton was crazy, or is it just me? |

I saw a man fed up with being blamed for the short comings of the current administration. The same people that were accusing him of "creating a war to cover up his personal life", are now saying, "He let his personal life get in the way of protecting the country"' Another example of the right wing word play that has become so commonplace in today's political arena. If he has gone bonkers, then so have 63% of the population in the states, all tired of the Bush Regime Scapegoating the left to further their plans for Global Oil Domination. You shouldn't watch FOX news, they distort the truth. No one on that channel would ever ask Bush to account for his actions since 9/11. Clinton had 1 year to catch Bin-Laden, ONE YEAR full of grand juries and embarrasement, goaded by the conservatives, over a blow job. Bush has had 5 years and 15 days to find him. Who is the failure? |

I try to read a good number of right wing blogs, mixed with news channels here and there, combined with an equal number of left wing blogs, as well as internet or newspaper stories. Between all of these, I try to filter out the rhetoric, and the political bias, and usually find what is really going on, there in the middle. It's good to get as many differing takes on any one situation you can. It helps form a healthy and comprehensive opinion, that isn't weighted. It's still difficult, but it helps.

You can't trust anyone in the media in this era. FOX news is right-wing ,always-vote-Republican, and god-fearing while CNN is Left-wing , Iraq-is-a faliure, and always has to disagree. Liberals and conservetives both suck. |

I looked it up on youtube and fox shut down all the videos about it except the "Clinton freaks out" trailer or something like that. You can read the interview though. |

Actually liberals are good if you use the term as it is defined. But alot of the people who we classify as liberals are nuts. Some do have valid points though. |

Another example of the word play of the Right Wing. They have distorted real liberalism into closet monsters, waiting to unlock the door for "The Base". |

Yeah, way too many don't make any sense. Like some of the dems attacking Bush about the war said that Iraq may be capable of having nukes soon. I forget who said that exactly though. |

...Matt was no exception to this. When he stood in the street and noticed his chest started to really hurt again, he made the decision to look down. He screamed like a grown man would scream when that grown man sees a laser burning his chest, and that is like a little girl... -From Super Naked Moose Man | |

That is INSANE, why would we let that happen? Put nuclear weapons right smack dab in the Middle of the Middle East?!?! It's Suicide! Look at the Eastern bloc there is nuclear material floating around all over there. Good thing they don't hate America...Oh, wait. Did some crazy asshole pull that out of there ass, or is there some truth to that. Or is it just Bush-Bashing? |

Maybe my own biases drown it out, but I've never noticed CNN as a whole being especially left-wing, certainly not enough to make the ever-popular comparison as the "liberal Fox News". If anything, I'd say they often follow (purposefully or not) what the average American is thinking. Looking at a list of Jack Cafferty's more controversial statements on wikipedia, you can see the difference. November 17, 2004: "The Arab world is where innocent people are kidnapped, blindfolded, tied up, tortured and beheaded, and then videotape of all of this is released to the world as though they're somehow proud of their barbarism. Somehow, I wouldn't be too concerned about the sensitivity of the Arab world. They don't seem to have very much. It's going to come down to them or us." May 11, 2006: "We better all hope nothing happens to Arlen Specter, the Republican head of the Senate Judiciary Committee, because he might be all that is standing between us and a full-blown dictatorship in this country." Pretty much follows general public opinion at that time, I think. Lou Dobbs is another good example - anyone who regularly watches his show can see that he's got an unhealthy obsession with illegal immigration. |
