You would have to find the exact location of the South Pole. Any mistake would result in a tight spiral with a considerable amount of centrifugal force that would surely destroy the structure.


The earth doesn't spin in a perfect circle, it acually wobbles a little bit on the axis, so there isnt a stationary point of the poles.

Also, although it would be very minute, continental drift might effect the location.

I knew the Earth had a wobble but I didn't know how strong it was so I left that out.
