Russia + China: Won't happen. The area is just so damn big that it is virtually impossible to administrate without constant peace. Hell, if you'd add up both countries' populations you'll get figures of roughly one and a half billion people. And those are all supposed to listen to a small council of roughly 150 people? Right, like that's ever going to happen. America + EU: Two possibilities: Either it won't happen due to the fact that overseas territory is incredibly hard to manage if they're technologically advanced and not poor as fuck, or it's already there. Just my expectations though. |
