Bear's talk about his future offspring got me thinking, who else here is planning on having kids in the future? What would you call them if you do have 'em? You think you would be a good parent? Discuss fatherhood or for the select few, motherhood here. P.S. I omitted the option of Stumpy from the poll since I want to know what people really think. |

My wife and I are hoping to have kids. She wants 4, but I ONLY want 2. 4 kids is just too many, I don't to want literally start a hive. As far as names go, I really don't know yet. According to my wife, my fist choice of my first son, Tiberius, is out. |

Tiberius? Ha, that's a unique and interesting choice of name. Any reason for it or do you think it just sounds cool? I would like kids sometime in my life, maybe around when I'm 29-33. I'd like two kids. For boys, I'd name them John and then if I had another, Anthony. In the case of both turning out to be girls, Sarah and Chloe respectively. |

I think it's both reasons you listed. I've always had an interest in ancient Rome and the name Tiberius has always put me in the mind of a Roman soldier. My wife, on the other hand, thinks I'm an idiot for wanting to call our son that name. And as far as any daughters, I like the name Porche. Again, my wife hates it. She thinks it sounds like a porn star. It's not like I'm wanting to call my daughter Cherri. |

Well, it's a hell of a lot better then calling him Caligula. |

Haha, you sure have a thing for exotic names. But once again, it's much better than calling her Jaguar or Chevrolet or Big Titties Bang-Bang. What's your wife's idea for names? |

Yes. Ideally, 4 kids, boy, twin girls, and another boy. Of course, I know that that's not gonna happen. Also, I'm blank as far as names go, but I do like Conan, James (for the short Jimmy), and Artemis. Alexis and Annette are alright, but I refuse to disclose my favorite name ever. |

Looks like Mundians have a thing for ancient world names. Or is it because you're a fan of the Artemis Fowl books? In all truth, I don't really want my kids to be girls at all, they're way more of a hassle than boys I think. |

I've picked up on so many subliminal messages in this thread:
Made me chuckle.
...that's your name... I've always thought, as names go, I would have to name my first son Jeffrey, because that's my name and my father's name. I'm also a fan of the names Joan, Billian, and Clause*. *Not really |

Yes, but it's kind of a tradition to name the first born son John in my family. Anthony also has its roots. They are also super awesome names. |

But if you're like "John, Anthony, come here!" at a party, people would think you're insane calling yourself. |

On my terms! and I would name him after me. he would be a jr. the 2nd. when I find my woman, and see that she's worthy, I'll go to the sperm bank, and THE DOCTOR will "knock her up" |
| A lot of Christians wear crosses around their necks. You think when Jesus comes back he ever wants to see a fucking cross? It's like going up to Jackie Onassis wearing a rifle pendant. | |
