Game - Gotta be Silent Hill for me. My dad had already had the first encounters with the deformed nurses. So when I continued the save game I had no idea where I was, walked outside down the hospital corridor and got jumped by one of those nurses.

RES1 also when you see the Dogs Jump through the window the first time.

Childs Play - Yeah Chucky is hellish when your 9 :P

The first Resident Evil game when I was nine. My sister's made me show my father the opening scene where you fight a zombie off with a knife-- and I was absolutely petrified and wouldn't do it.

Resident Evil, my dick cousins would lock me up in the room, turn off the lights and put the volume loudly. I remember having nightmares that looked exactly like the opening of RE2.

To top it all off, it was even raining that night. A very loud thunder storm.
The critics are raving (and bitching):

"Good God, God, you rock my faith!"-Bigfoot

Well, it wouldn't exactly count as either Film or VideoGame, but I swear I almost crapped my pants when I first saw a picture of Devin Townsend.

As far as I can remember, i never got scared at scary movies. I did get freaked out the first time I saw the Cryptkeeper though from "Tales of the Crypt." I always thought it was hiding in my parent's bedroom.

Well out of the computer and console games I've played none have been overwhelmingly scary. The scariest being the numerous times I've been completely surrounded by enemies or caught in a trap in Oblivion and I think "Oh damn", but those moments aren't really scary.

But seeing as this includes films and stuff, when I was about 9 or so my cousins made me watch Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. The part at the end when the guy drinks from the wrong goblet and goes all zombified for a few seconds scared the hell out of me, and they (or the older of the two atleast) decided to replay it over and over, meanies.

When I was 10 or 11 (maybe even 12...) I watched some of Alfred Hitchcock's The Birds, seeing the dead guy with his eyes pecked out freaked me out a far bit.
"Turning and turning in the widening gyre
The falcon cannot hear the falconer;
Things fall apart; the centre cannot hold;
Mere anarchy is loosed upon the world,
The blood-dimmed tide is loosed, and everywhere
The ceremony of innocence is drowned"

The T-rex bit in Tomb Raider- the way the whole place shook as it got nearer and how I desperately looked for a cave to hide in before it arrived

ahhh memories. :)
A lot of Christians wear crosses around their necks. You think when Jesus comes back he ever wants to see a fucking cross? It's like going up to Jackie Onassis wearing a rifle pendant.

I would have to say the Chest buster in Alien, the Shower murder in Pycho, and anything with Paris Hilton in it.

If you're playing Silent Hill 2, that's the first of many times you'll jump. There's a few more times you'll be a little nervous, especially when you get to the hospital. Silent Hill 2 is the scariest game I've ever played. Another game that made me jump a few times was God of War 2, in the swamp.
