i'd say at least a foot and a half total, not completely sure, though. it was over the span of 2 days, and then on the 3rd day it rained like a motherfucker so everything became slushy and heavy.

That sounds fucking lovely to drive in...... I imagine when that starts to freeze at night, traveling the roads is a new adventure is physics.

That reminds me, I after the storm me and a bunch of buddys went driving around the country doing doughnuts on the icy roads, pretty damn fun but if I were driving I'd have probably flipped the damn car.

A friend of mine did this same thing last winter. Needless to say that the one time he lost control of his Firebird, a large steel lightpole in K-Mart's parking lot had another unsuspecting victim. I really didn't care that he tore up his car, but I'm too old and irritable to walk in 8 inches of snow in 10 degree weather at 11 o'clock at night just because he wanted to be an ass.
