Posted Image Plot: Set in a medieval village that is haunted by a werewolf, a young girl falls for an orphaned woodcutter, much to her family's displeasure. I'm putting this here since I'm not really sure if it's horror or not. Honestly, I dont know anything other than that little plot outline and what the DVD cover and posters look like. So yeah. If someone has seen it and sees it as a horror film, I'll move the thread lol. Anywho. This seems like it probably isn't all that great. Almost like...6/10 at best, I'm guessing. I'll still probably see it though. Maybe it'll make me like Amanda Seyfried since she didn't impress me at all in Mean Girls. *Shrug* Hopefully this is good lol. |

It was about a 5-6/10. Nothing spectacular but not awful. Amanda is NOTABLY better in this than Mean Girls though (Her best performance was as already dead and flashback scene Lilly Kane of Veronica Mars) From memory, Peter (Shiloh Fernandez) was my favorite of the film. I feel like it's a concept that had potential but got turned into something.... almost a little too Twilightish. I'd love to see a remake of this that dumped all the pre-teen sappy romance love triangle crap. It really hurts the film, as does the PG13 rating |

Yeah, I agree with Repo. This wasn't really THAT great, and it did have a Twilight vibe to it :L lol |

This was actually alot better than I expected and far better than anything Twilight related. The acting was pretty good and the reveal of who the wolf was was somewhat surprising. It was beautifully shot and mostly well acted and aside from some 'meh' CGI it had some good effects. Probably a 7/10 overall. |

I REALLY enjoyed this, the cinematography was excellent and redeemed Catherine Hardwicke for Twilight. Also they had the balls to Spoiler: click to toggle which is darker than anything Twilight would EVER attempt. Also yeah I'd say this belongs in horror. Pretty decent body count for a PG-13 film. |
