Posted Image "When a group of misfits is hired by an unknown third party to burglarize a desolate house and acquire a rare VHS tape, they discover more found footage than they bargained for." Okay.. this film was creepy. Each tape had a totally and completely different story than the last. Some stories were cheap, some were creepy, and some had me hiding my eyes because of how intense they seemed. At first, the film seemed like a shaky camera movie that would end up making me sick. But once it actually started going, I discovered that it was actually a very intriguing and creepy concept. They used a couple different filming techniques (eyeglasses camera, webcam, video camera, etc) which was refreshing. These tapes go from demons, to homicide, to ghosts, to possessions, etc. It seems like there is something for everyone. I really enjoyed this film. Has anyone else heard of or seen this movie? I think this has been the only horror film in recent history to really scare me. |

I just found it very original and enjoyable, sometimes the acting felt flat, the CGI on the last story was somewhat decent but noticable. I give this like 8/10 for a careful watching. |

This was awesome. I was really worried it was going to be nothing but a lot of empty hype but I was wrong. This movie had me glued to the screen and while some segments were better than others I didn't hate any. 8.5/10 My ranking- Amatuer Night 10/31/98 Second Honeymoon The Sick Thing Tuesday The 17th |
